We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for you to change, complete your consultation card and relax before your treatment begins.
To ensure that you get maximum benefit and enjoyment, we stress the importance of arriving on time. If you do arrive late we will do our best to provide you with the best possible service within the time remaining.
As a courtesy we ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We ask that you secure any treatments over 1 hour with your credit card details and if less then 24 hours notice is given or failing to show for the scheduled appointment, 50% cancellation fee will incur.
We accept Cash, EFTPOS and major Credit cards, including AMEX.
